Hello! I'm Emmanuel
I’m a digital illustrator and character designer from Trinidad & Tobago with 10+ years of experience helping EdTech companies and children’s publishers bring their ideas to life.I’ve collaborated with clients like Clark Creative Education and Luma Brighter Learning, creating illustrations that support classroom learning, visual storytelling, and interactive experiences. My work has appeared everywhere from teacher resources on Teachers Pay Teachers to a Kickstarter-backed card game (Zoo Webs) loved for its cast of stylized animals. What sets me apart is adaptability: I don’t force one style. Instead, I align with your project’s goals, whether that’s crafting diverse historical figures for social studies materials, playful fantasy characters for children’s publishing, or cohesive visuals for UI-driven learning platforms. The result: illustrations that not only look great, but make your product more engaging, accessible, and memorable. If you’re an EdTech innovator, publisher, or game developer looking for long-term creative collaboration (or a one-off project with impact), let’s talk. I’d love to help you transform ideas into visuals that connect with your audience.

Zoo Wild
Illustrated 30+ stylized yet anatomically accurate animal characters for Zoo Webs, a fully-funded Kickstarter card game. The artwork engages kids 5+ while providing scalable vector assets for flexible use beyond the game.Project Challenge:
The client needed a cohesive, kid-friendly visual style that balanced fun and realism. Each animal had to be instantly recognizable, appealing to young players, and scalable for print and digital formats. Additionally, line art versions were required so children could color them in.Approach / Process:
Sketch Phase – Researched real animals to ensure accuracy in anatomy and proportions. Developed initial concepts digitally in Photoshop.Inking Phase – Refined sketches into clean line art, preparing for vector coloring.Coloring & Vectorization – Imported line art into Illustrator, applied vibrant colors, and exported high-resolution vector files suitable for game production and flexible future use.Challenges & Adaptations:
Balancing stylization with realistic proportions so animals remained recognizable and relatable.Ensuring line art was clean and easy for children to color in, while still matching the final colored versions. Results / Impact:
Fully funded Kickstarter with 137 backers pledging $3,245.Deliverables included both line art and full-color vectors, ready for immediate game production and potential future applications.
